GOT A QUESTION ABOUT DELIVERY?

We aim to ship orders out the next working day. If it is not possible for us to process your order in this timeframe for any reason i.e an item is out of stock, you will be contacted immediately. 

We offer free first class postage on all orders. If you want to upgrade to express tracked shipping for overseas purchases - this is available for £3.99 upon checkout.

On the very rare occasion that a customer isn't happy with their order, we will do our best to resolve the issue. If there is a problem, please email service@cotswoldwears.com. Please state your name and order number in your email.

In the unfortunate event of a lost parcel, we will resend the item with express tracked postage. If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please email service@cotswoldwears.com.
